These Terms are between you and MARKETEZEAI LTD. They are additional to Apple's standard licence terms (the "Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement"), which also apply to your use of the app.
Crashd is a self-help and habit-tracking tool to support people who want to reduce or quit energy drinks. It provides tracking, education, reminders, and a motivational coach.
Crashd is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a cure. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Information in the app is general and educational. If you have health concerns — including symptoms such as palpitations or chest pain — seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. You use Crashd at your own discretion and are responsible for your own health decisions.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Crashd, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
Crashd offers an auto-renewing subscription, Crashd Pro, with options that may include monthly, yearly (with an introductory free trial), and a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices and any trial length are shown in the app before you buy.
Don't misuse the app: no reverse-engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to break or circumvent security or the subscription, no unlawful use, and no use of the app to harm yourself or others. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.
Your logs, journal entries, and pledges are yours. They stay on your device and your private iCloud (see the Privacy Policy). We don't claim ownership of them and, because we run no backend, we generally can't access them.
The Crashd app, its name, branding, written lessons, and content are owned by MARKETEZEAI LTD or its licensors and are protected by law. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute its content.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from using it. Features that rely on Apple Health, the camera, on-device AI, or iCloud depend on your device and Apple's services and may not be available on all devices.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, MARKETEZEAI LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using Crashd and delete your data at any time (Settings → Account → Delete Account). We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date will change; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
